May Open Studio Tour
During May, ArtEast offers you a chance to visit a group of working artists who open their studio doors for two days during which you can visit while they work. They want you to get a sense of their challenges in realizing their specific vision. It might be dirty, noisy, and chaotic, but it will not be dull.
ArtEast Plein Air and Auction 2024
ArtEast Plein Air 2024 is a one-day plein air painting event in and around beautiful Pawling, New York. It will take place June 29, 2024 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The day of painting will end with a reception and auction at Lakeside Park in Pawling, with the proceeds to be shared by the artists and the Oblong Land Conservancy, a local nature conservancy organization whose mission is to maintain the natural reserves of the Harlem Valley to include wildlife habitats, water quality, agricultural lands and scenic vistas.
October Open Studio Tour
The October tour gives ArtEast artists a time to come up for air and relax while they showcase their work. There is nothing better for an artist than to sit back and have time to talk about their work and listen to all the feedback. This sets the stage for the year of work ahead, and gives the artists that motivation to push themselves.
